It is never good when your car is not working, but the Milton Martin Toyota Service Department made the situation a positive, pleasant experience. On the first cold day of the winter, we went out to find that our Prius would not start. New to the area, I wasn't sure where to turn, but finally connected with Kent in the Milton Martin Toyota Service Department. He listened to me with keen interest, and used all the information to come up with the best service plan for our car. He clearly explained options and provided detailed information. The car was ready when he said it would be, the cost of the needed service was very reasonable, and best of all, my 8-year-old Prius is now running as good as new!!
