I had an appointment for a 120,000 mile inspection and checkup on my Toyota Tundra. All went great until the service manager, Louis was informed by the mechanic that a seal on my transfer-case was leaking. After inspecting the problem myself with Louis, I made the call to replace it. It's not everyone that would notify the owner of a problem, but I'm glad that Toyota did so. Took my 2012 Camry in for normal maintenance and was told there were two things that needed servicing under warranty. The torque converter was shuddering and the passenger side air bag pressure sensor needed to be replaced. Kimberly was very helpful. After the first try to adjust torque converter did not work, Kimberly set up an appointment and provided a rental car for me to use because I work out of town. Milton Martin has been most understanding and accommodating in trying to resolve the issue. To the extent of getting Toyota representatives involved, which hopefully solved the problem. I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance on a Friday afternoon, I was told my brakes would need changing soon. I asked if we could go ahead and get that done. Even though it was time to close, they said they'd get 2 people on it. It turns out they didn't have all of the parts, so they provided a rental and had it ready the next day. Quick courteous service, even without an appointment. I was in & out in about 1,5 hours. I was disappointed that I could not use the waiting area internet to view my favorite sites. It was restricted because "weapons" was detected. My interest is purely sport shooting & some hunting. It made be feel as if I were doing something illegal or immoral! Had a right rear view mirror replaced due to an accident. Waited a week for mirror to come in. Both were cracked according to Ronnie so he had to paint one. No problem. Was in and out in fifteen minutes! Ronnie was very responsive as was the receptionist. Excellent service. Show Full Review

My first service trip to Milton Martin Toyota was for front brakes on my 2004 Toyota Sienna which has over 128000 miles. Kent was the assistant service manager that I spoke with. Kent let me know up front that I was looking at replacing brake pads and rotors. There were also two factory recalls that were to be fixed during this visit. I received a call from Kent stating that the brakes had been repaired and a leak from the water pump had been discovered. I was asked if I had had the timing belt replaced at 90K miles. I authorized the replacing of the water pump and the replacing of the timing belt. I also requested that an oil change be done. Kent was very professional and the repairs were done in the time frame that was stated. I would recommend Milton Martin Toyota for future service requirements. Show Full Review

The 25K-mile service came due on my Toyota Corolla while I was out of the country. Milton Martin Toyota had sent me a discount coupon for the service which I missed for being out of town. When I pulled into the dealership to have my FJ serviced I could see that it was a busy day at Milton Martin Toyota. Even though it was busy the person who helped me was very helpful and was just a genuinely nice guy. (I can't remember his name, he was the black gentleman in the quick-lube service area). It might cost a bit more at the dealership versus me doing it myself, but I know that if they do it, it will be done right. I brought my 4-Runner in for a new belt. After replacing the belt a technician took it out for a test drive. While driving it he noticed and noise in the rear end. It turned out to be a bad wheel bearing and that in turn became very complicated to replace. Paul and the guys in the shop handled it very well keeping me up to date with progress made and kept me in a rental car while mine was being repaired. I am so glad they caught the problem and got it repaired before it caused a much larger problem. Hats off to all the guys that worked on the 4-Runner. Job well done. Show Full Review

Everyone was friendly, nice, and treat me and my baby great. The girl driving the cars around even helped me get my baby's car seat out. Two things that disappointed me was that as I was going home I noticed trash in my car that was not mine. An empty Wendy's cup in a plastic bag. My family do not go to Wendy's. Also the back of the driver seat has grease hand stains. I'm sure it was the mechanics. Even though I went in for a recall, and was no fee, I don't see how they would do that or leave my car dirty. It is never good when your car is not working, but the Milton Martin Toyota Service Department made the situation a positive, pleasant experience. On the first cold day of the winter, we went out to find that our Prius would not start. New to the area, I wasn't sure where to turn, but finally connected with Kent in the Milton Martin Toyota Service Department. He listened to me with keen interest, and used all the information to come up with the best service plan for our car. He clearly explained options and provided detailed information. The car was ready when he said it would be, the cost of the needed service was very reasonable, and best of all, my 8-year-old Prius is now running as good as new!!
