From my first contact with Milton Martin Toyota, by email, until I drove away after the repair was completed, my entire experience was handled smoothly and efficiently. I brought my 4-Runner in for a new belt. After replacing the belt a technician took it out for a test drive. While driving it he noticed and noise in the rear end. It turned out to be a bad wheel bearing and that in turn became very complicated to replace. Paul and the guys in the shop handled it very well keeping me up to date with progress made and kept me in a rental car while mine was being repaired. I am so glad they caught the problem and got it repaired before it caused a much larger problem. Hats off to all the guys that worked on the 4-Runner. Job well done. Show Full Review

90,000 mile check up - a bit early. It was a little bit more expensive than I originally thought. Also, I was told that it would need some work which I thought was pretty expensive - have to wait on that. Show Full Review

Everyone was friendly, nice, and treat me and my baby great. The girl driving the cars around even helped me get my baby's car seat out. Two things that disappointed me was that as I was going home I noticed trash in my car that was not mine. An empty Wendy's cup in a plastic bag. My family do not go to Wendy's. Also the back of the driver seat has grease hand stains. I'm sure it was the mechanics. Even though I went in for a recall, and was no fee, I don't see how they would do that or leave my car dirty. A recall is not the customers fault so there's no reason to treat any different. Other then that everyone was great. Show Full Review

It is never good when your car is not working, but the Milton Martin Toyota Service Department made the situation a positive, pleasant experience. On the first cold day of the winter, we went out to find that our Prius would not start. New to the area, I wasn't sure where to turn, but finally connected with Kent in the Milton Martin Toyota Service Department. He listened to me with keen interest, and used all the information to come up with the best service plan for our car. He clearly explained options and provided detailed information. The car was ready when he said it would be, the cost of the needed service was very reasonable, and best of all, my 8-year-old Prius is now running as good as new!!
