Conference Room Rental

Milton Martin Toyota welcomes the use of the Conference Room for educational, civic, charitable and professional, purposes. The Conference Room is available for use to the public without cost but groups must adhere to the following guidelines.


______The Conference Room is not available for parties, showers, ceremonies, performances, concerts or other activities that would interfere with daily business operations.

______Applicant is responsible for any damages to the building and /or furnishings and / or audio visual equipment at repair or Replacement cost. The individual signing the application will be held responsible for all fees and damages.

______The number of attendees shall not exceed the max capacity of 60 people.

______Milton Martin Toyota is not responsible for supplying paper goods, cups, food, tea, coffee, water bottles, condiments, utensils or serving containers to groups.

______Refreshments are allowed in the room with prior approval but outside catered meals will not be allowed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner may be catered by our Chick-fil-a and ordered in advance by contacting Brittoni Garner at 770-297-9045. View Catering Menu

______Milton Martin Toyota employees are not available to assist with the meeting set-up or breakdown but will provide a brief walkthrough of facility by appointment only prior to the event.

______The sponsoring organization/individual will be responsible for setting up, cleaning up and returning the furniture to the original arrangement. Set-up and Clean-up time needs to be included in the time requested.

______Smoking is prohibited and Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the dealership or parking lot.

______Groups are responsible for controlling noise that could be disturbing business operation of Milton Martin Toyota.

______The following are NOT permitted: No decorations using signs, nails, tape, staples, or glue on the walls, floors, doors, furniture or ceilings may be used. Use of fire and candles is prohibited.


______Applicants must be age twenty-one (21) or older and all meeting attendees must be 18 years or older unless otherwise approved.

______The Conference Room is reserved on a first come, first served basis. Applications for reservations must be made at least ten (10) days in advance, but may be reserved no more than three months in advance.

______The audio visual and computer equipment requests must be made at the time the application for the Room is submitted or no later than ten (10) business days prior to the event.


The Conference Room is available from:
Mondays & Tuesdays, Thursday and Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Wednesdays: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Fridays & Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The Conference Room is reserved primarily for activities conducted or sponsored by Milton Martin Toyota, and these events take precedence over all others. Milton Martin Toyota has the right to prohibit activities in the facility which are in opposition to their core values of business or conflict with their normal business schedule.
