Needed a recall performed on my 06 Tundra, so I called Milton Martin Toyota’s service Dept. on a Weds afternoon. They scheduled me for the next morning at 8am! I arrived at my scheduled time and they had my Tundra ready for me by 9:30am. While they had the truck in service they gave it thorough check over and informed Me of what they looked at. Great job overall and I could not be more pleased with their service, job well done!
I saw the ad online and request an update to see if the car was available and I got a quick response. Freddy Castaneda was the salesman that got back with me, he asked what I wanted in a vehicle and when I arrived the next day he had 3 cars ready for me to look at, he was very helpful and very honest, being a woman, it's easier to be taken advantage of, he asked what I wanted to spend, he worked with the managers and got the price down for me and warranty too. I am so pleased that I will be sharing with everyone and recommending Milton Martin Toyota as well as the salesman Freddy Castaneda.
The collision center was helpful and cooperative in my very tricky situation. The only issue I had is that they ordered parts for my vehicle before we had a plan in place but due to preexisting conditions I was unable to have them make the repairs. My vehicle had to be moved to the body shop of my dealership that I bought the car from. This made payment a little complicated. Other than that, these are top notch professionals.
I have bought cars since 1973. In that time frame I have dealt with all kinds of dealers. This dealer was one of the best I have purchased from. All the staff that worked with us were credible and straight forward. Neighbors and coworkers have advised me they were good to deal with. I agree. We feel we got a great car for a good price.
Milton Martin has an excellent service department. They are fast, efficient and thorough. The staff is helpful and friendly. I’m glad we bought our cars at Milton Martin.
