I went over to Milton Martin Toyota yesterday to look at a 2025 Tundra Limited. The internet listing, seller stock sheet and window sticker all had this truck advertised/shown with 5,013 miles. After test driving the truck and advising my interest in buying the truck the sells person and sells manager reviewed my trade in and agreed to 4,000$ for my trade in. I arrived at a good hour, where there wasn’t anyone else there for a computer alert issue. It took them about an hour to find out what was wrong and set me up to come back the following week, when they would have the new camera my car needed. All covered under my warranty. The waiting area is an open space with countertops so I could get some work done while I waited.

I only trust Toyota after a negative experience at a different mechanic where I ended up have to pay twice bc they worsened my alignment at a different place. Stick to Toyota and save your money. I've gotten a paint job here, an alignment, oil changes, and tires.

This was my first time coming to Milton Martin Toyota. I took advantage of Toyota’s buy 3 get the 4th tire for a dollar deal for my Tacoma. Right from the time I pulled in the staff was friendly and courteous and explained everything. They even matched a competing dealership price. I also opted for a 4 wheel alignment and they did an inspection on my vehicle advising of things that needed to be done without being pushy like some dealers do. Mark was very easy to work with. Really made it a pleasant experience. The trade allowance was good, the vehicle price was great, and I got everything I needed to make the deal I wanted.

The first people I spoke to got my name literally backwards last name first. then she was unable to find my name when I arrive for my appointment. After several minutes, she figured out what was wrong but then copied down my VIN incorrectly. After that, I was quoted a price of $9,000.00 to correct my exhaust leak on my 2015 Tundra. I actually would have thought $900.00 was a high number. However, $9,000.00 For an exhaust leak seems very high. like I could replace the engine for less than that. Anyway, not a great experience.

Brought my truck in there with a shifting issue along with a long list of other small issues that accumulated over time. Asked the tech to go over with a fine tooth comb during inspection. Check EVERYTHING like the TSA doing a cavity search! I got exactly that! Found a few issues I didn’t mention and fixed it all. The main issue was the shifting issue. They provided a quote without being asked. The quote gave different price options and information about each tire.
