Your insurance company may tell you to take your vehicle to another shop because of contracts they have that benefit them financially. Those shops oftentimes do not use genuine Toyota parts and are backlogged weeks from beginning the repair process on your vehicle. Remember, you choose the body shop to repair your vehicle—not the insurance company.

Since I'd literally had that car half my life, I was daunted by the idea of starting over. Once again, Milton Martin came through! Big shout out to our sales rep, Anthony Payero. He was patient, thorough, great at explaining things, and overall just had a great vibe and laid-back personality which put me at ease from the get-go. We had communicated prior to my visit, and I had expressed interest in a few used options. Unfortunately, two of the three had already sold. Anthony asked if I wanted to look at something new, as the differential between the remaining used car I was eyeing and a new car was pretty small. After looking at the specs and numbers, I was in total agreement, and very thankful for the advice (nothing like that new car smell!) 🙂 Our finance manager, Derek, was also very personable and made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Couldn't be happier with my brand new, 2027 Corolla! I'm also looking forward to returning for service. My husband purchased a car from Milton Martin a couple of years ago, and we've had good experiences with returning for routine service. While service may take a little longer than going to an oil change franchise, we feel it is totally worth it to get quality service. In fact, we live just a few miles from a very large Toyota dealership, and yet, we find the 40 minute drive totally worth it. Highly recommend Milton Martin.

I have spent a fair amount of time in Cadillac, Lincoln, Lexus and Genesis dealerships and this is by far the best physical facility I have encountered.

The service consultant helped me understand the necessary repairs and those which could be delayed. I chose to have the necessary repairs while I was there. Even though my wait time went from 1 1/2 hrs to 4 hrs. After I consult my calendar I will make another appointment for the other recommended repairs before setting out on my 2 month transcontinental trip I'm taking in 3 wks. I felt confident in their work.
I was given excellent service. The only thing that was less was the pulley did not arrive until late so I had a long wait.

The service dept is awesome here. There's a Toyota dealership closer to me. But I drive 2 hours to come to Milton Martin. Definitely worth the extra drive. Great service and staff.
Though we didn't have an appointment, the employees still made this a great experience. While we were waiting for the brake job we needed to be completed, we had a chance to see children being blessed and entertained, decorating cookies, receiving gifts and best of all, talking with Santa. All the employees were dressed in Christmas garb and obviously having a good time.

I would never go anywhere else for service. Yamyly and Louis are the best. They give you great information and are trustworthy. Make sure you ask for them.
