Upgraded Powertrains

Drivers of the all-new Tundra get to choose between two powerful engines: the standard 3.5L V6, making up to 389 hp and 479 lb-ft. of torque, or a hybrid version of the same engine that uses its electric component to up the power to 437 hp and 583 lb-ft. of torque. Both of these enines are coupled with a 10-speed automatic transmission that’s smooth and capable.

The hybrid i-FORCE MAX engine on the 2022 Tundra is a marvel of modern engineering: its motor generator provides extra power and torque when towing, and when commuting or driving around Gainesville, you’ll get a quieter, more efficient ride. This engine is the peak of Toyota’s engineering prowess, yoking both power and efficiency into one responsive package.

The 2022 Toyota Tundra also features two off-road options:

• Toyota Tundra TRD Off-Road features 20-inch wheels, Bilstein monotube shocks, skid plates, a locking rear differential, and terrain selector to complement its four-wheel drive.
• Toyota Tundra TRD Pro is even sweeter, with 2.5-inch Fox shocks, a stiffer stabilizer bar, 1.1-inch front suspension lift, and more!

Work Hard on Every Job

The new Tundra’s got you covered when working hard on the jobsite, too. Its rugged aluminum composite bed is more rust- and dent-resistant than steel beds, plus it looks great. For towing and hauling, the Tundra is rated for up to 12,000 pounds, and has a max payload capacity of 1,940 pounds.
